A typical Chianti Classico of the year. Fruity, rich in mineral salts and tannins. The wine is vinified at a controlled temperature and without the addition of yeasts.

    • Net Dry Extract: 28,1 g/l 
    • Tasting notes: Intense ruby red color, aromas of fruit and violets. Soft and fresh tannins with good flavour on the finish. Reflects pleasingly the typical style of a Chianti Classico.

      pasta or salami.
